At Matcha Origins, we take great care in ensuring that every product is packaged and delivered with the highest quality standards. Due to the nature of our products, which are classified as Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and consumable food items, we do not accept returns once the product has been shipped or delivered.

No Returns

For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any products purchased from our store. Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be returned.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and our support team will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
